Doctor Visit: 35 Weeks

I went to the doctor this past Friday. Baby boy's heartbeat was strong, he is still positioned head down, and I was 1 centimeter dilated and 50% effaced. That took me back a little bit, as it seems early to already be dilated, but the doctor said it means nothing. He said women can stay 1 cm for days or weeks, so it's not an indication that he is coming right away (thank goodness). I'm down to weekly doctor visits, so we're going back next Monday for an ultrasound and check up.
